The HESI A2 Admissions Assessment Exam is a computerized test used by the 琳琅社区 School of Nursing to assess the academic ability of prospective P. N. / R.N. students. The HESI A2 is a multiple-choice exam consisting of six sections (Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary and General Knowledge, Basic Math, Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, and a Learning Style Assessment). Students have three hours to complete the exam. 

All applicants will take the HESI A2 exam in person, at the Assessment Center on Massey Campus in Fort Pierce or at the Assessment Center on Pruitt Campus in Port St. Lucie:

HESI Exam Registration for ADN (RN) Nursing Spring 2025 Program Applicants All students need to register and pay the $55 fee for the HESI. Also, students need to apply for the 琳琅社区 Spring 2025 ADN Nursing program and pay the $60 琳琅社区 application and test proctoring fee. Both the $55 fee and $60 fee must be completed before making a testing appointment.

Test Dates

The test will be offered on select dates and with appointments only. Please schedule your HESI A2 date with the link below. Please only make one testing appointment. All additional testing appointments will be cancelled. Not showing up for a scheduled testing appointment during the same application period will invalidate future appointments.

How to Register to take the HESI A2

Step 1: Create an Evolve Account Use the following steps to create an Evolve account and register for HESI Student Access:

• Visit
• Choose: I am a student.
• Under the box that says HESI Secured Exams, click on the link Register for: Distance Testing
• Click on the blue Register button. This will take you to My Cart.
• Click the blue Proceed to Checkout/Redeem button at the bottom of the page.
• Now, you will either create an account or sign into an existing one. Either sign in with your username and password or create one now by filling in the fields. Note: Your username will be auto-generated and will be a combination of your first initial, your last name, and a number or series of numbers.

Step 2: Register and pay for your HESI Exam.

• Click My Evolve on the top right page of the screen
• Click on Student Access
• Click the Payments tab
• Enter the Payment ID: 27880 and continue with the billing process until payment is processed.

Step 3: ONLY MAKE ONE TESTING APPOINTMENT. All other appointments will be cancelled.

On the day of your exam, YOU MUST bring with you:

• Valid Photo ID
• Your username and password for your Evolve account
• Proof of payment for both the $55 HESI fee and $60 琳琅社区 Application and Proctoring fee.
